Spacious Guest Suite with Spa Bath

• 1. Check in is easy. We may provide you with a door code into your room that works exactly for the duration of your stay or a lockbox with combination numbers that would enable you to retrieve the key to your room or simply hand your room key directly to you. Please stay in touch with us and notify us of your exact arrival time if you are able too.
• 2. This is our family home and we like to welcome you to it in person. Please be relaxed and let us know how we can make your stay even more comfortable.
• Please note: No parties or events and unregistered guests are permitted on this property.
• 3. We reserve the right to deny local guest reservations within a radius of 65 miles. If you wish to book this room, please reach out to us first, so that we can have a conversation about your stay.
• 4. We currently have 3 exterior security cameras because this is our family home and we have kids. Two cameras are located in the front of the house. While the 3rd camera is located at the side of the house and captures both the gate and garage. These cameras will capture anyone coming or leaving the property.
• 5. Guest limits are enforced seriously by the use of the security camera footage. This is because of the building codes and regulations. If we find that more people entered the property than agreed upon, we may charge an additional penalty of $50 per unregistered guest or deduct this amount from your security deposit or cancel the reservation altogether.
• 6. No firearms, illegal drugs and smoking of any kind is permitted on this property. A violation of this portion of the house rule would be taken very seriously. This may involve the speedy attention of local law enforcement. Cigarette smoking or other forms of legal smoking on the property may attract a cleaning and smoke free penalty fee of $500. If you brought in a firearm against our house rules and happened to live it behind, you will be subject to $500 penalty fee and we will have law enforcement remove it.
• 7. We enforce quiet hours from 8 pm to 9 am daily, 7 days a week, because we have kids on the property. This is in addition to the quiet hours imposed by the city government of Loganville.
• 8. Glitter, confetti, and taping of walls is prohibited. If found this may attract an additional cleaning penalty fee of $300 or more, depending on the severity.
• 9. Your room contains most of the regular comfort items found in a conventional hotel suite and more. It also comes with a bowl full of love. Please do not cook in the room as it has not been certified for such purposes.
• 10. We will have cleaners clean your room 7 days from when you checked in or every other Thursday morning. Bedding will be changed during this time. Long term guests are also expected to sweep, clean and maintain cleanliness in the room as at check-in. Failure to maintain overall cleanliness may attract an additional cleaning penalty up to $300.
• 11. Pets are not allowed on this property. Unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional cleaning penalty fee of $500.
