Hosts live next door, always welcoming and available. No smoking or vaping inside the property, no pets, otherwise everybody welcome. Would suit a couple as there is a king size bed. Location is very close to a bus stop offering frequent service to town centre and occasional direct route to University campus (5B bus route). Very handy for walks on the Downs, local parks and a couple of nice pubs, also handy for supermarkets.
