If you're a student aged 18–27 looking for the perfect mix of comfort, support, and good vibes, welcome to your future homestay in the heart of Villeray! About the Space: We’re a friendly host family—two adults and one 20-year-old son. We also have 2 other grown up boys (23 & 24yrsold) that don't live with us anymore, but you'll see them around as they love coming over for family dinner time:) We usually host 2 students at a time. We have a 5 bedroom, with 3 bathroom, 2 living room home. We speak both French and English and love sharing our culture while learning about yours. Over the years, we’ve hosted students from Asia, Australia, and Europe, and we feel truly privileged to have welcomed each of them into our home. We’ve created strong, meaningful connections with every student we’ve had the chance to meet—friendships that we know will last a lifetime. Your room? Freshly renovated, fully furnished, super cozy, and totally private. There’s space to study, relax, and recharge. You’ll also have access to the shared spaces: Kitchen, dining room, living rooms, bathrooms, and a large exterior terrasse for the warmer days—cozily furnished:) Food Option? We love to cook and we are FOODIES! We include meals, it’s an extra $600 CAD per month. We usually cook dinner during the week (we tend to eat a bit late, around 7–8 pm), breakfast, lunch and snacks is self-serve—the fridge is always full! If we’re away on a weekend or on a short trips, you’ll have everything you need to cook for yourself—no stress. So far all students that we have hosted has taken the meal option, we find that it is a great way to connect and share time together. Let us know if you have any allergies, we'll make sure that we are all safe:) Why Stay With Us? We’re not just offering a room—we’re here to support you while you adjust to life in a new city. We truly enjoy hosting international students and the beautiful cultural exchange that comes with it. Whether you need help figuring out transit, advice on local spots, or simply someone to chat with over dinner, we’ve got your back.
