Sunny terrace & Private room

I'm offering the second bedroom in the bungalow where I live, within a bungalow complex. Some of my neighbors live here permanently, while others are on vacation, and a few spend half the year here. It's shared with me, a single man born in 1988. I adapt to the guest's personality; if they want to be more talkative, I'll try to be too, and if they prefer to be more reserved, that's fine too. My bungalow is about 50 square meters, plus a terrace of about another 50 square meters. It's laid out with a terrace featuring a volcanic rock garden, a living room/kitchen with two refrigerators (one for me and one for the guest(s)), and two bedrooms. One is mine, and the other is the one I'm offering, which has two separate 90x90 cm beds, a clothes rack, a small table with two drawers, and three cube-shaped shelves, one with a door.Opposite the bedroom is the bathroom, with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and sink, and a spacious countertop where you can place whatever you prefer in the bathroom, if that's more convenient. Next to the bedroom is the entrance door; you can enter through the terrace, which is usually the most common way, or through the main entrance, which is a rear access point.
