Security Deposit

• A security deposit equal to two months of rent is required.

Additional Fees

• Supplies are charged at 50€ per tenant per month, with final costs reconciled at the end of the contract term for any excess usage.

Pay In Instalment

• Rent payments are due within the first five days of each calendar month.

Mode Of Payment

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

Booking Deposit

• One month’s rent or one month’s deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining amount must be paid by the check-in date.

Guarantor Requirement

• A guarantor is not required to book or stay at the property.

Cooling Off Period

• Cancellation terms depend on the notice provided prior to check-in:
• Cancellations requested at least 30 days before check-in receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations requested between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations requested less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

University Course Cancellation/Modification

• If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

• If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

Deferring Studies

• If you have deferred your studies, please contact the team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms

Pets

• Small dogs and pets are welcome. A higher deposit may be requested to cover extra cleaning.
