It is a nicely furnished single room with a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and pebble floor, in a shared household that is a nice, clean and very quiet townhouse. I do prefer to rent to males. This is a very clean townhouse with 2 1/2 baths. Single size bed/couch in your room. Kitchen & Living are common areas. One person at a time is allowed in the kitchen area while cooking. There is a washer/dryer you are welcome to use. There is wireless internet and NetFlix, plus local channels. Only registered guests are allowed in the house. Linens, towels, are on hand for your use, as well as Shampoo, Body Wash and bar soap in the shower. Included are tea, coffee, hot chocolate, Bread, milk, rice, oils and spices and much much more. I encourage you to cook here at home. Please limit eating and drinking to the kitchen/dining area or outdoors on the patio. Then rinse off your dishes and put them in the dishwasher. No food or drink in your bedroom area and living room. Yes, this includes water, unless you have a closed water drinking container for coffee or water for your bedroom. Guest access Your bedroom and all common areas. Check outs after 11 am are subject to a late check out fee of $20 per hour and will be charged as an alteration. **Please make sure you return all keys.
