Your private retreat en Eixample

Hi travelers, I’m Daniel. If you’re looking for a cozy, stylish, and well-decorated room in a shared apartment in a very safe area of Eixample, this is the perfect place for you. I am renting out a fully equipped bedroom with a private bathroom in my 87 sqm apartment. The apartment is shared with me, as I live here. You will have full access to the kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. You are more than welcome to socialize, and guests usually feel right at home here:) The apartment is located on Consell de Cent street (Eixample Nova Esquerra), directly facing Joan Miró Park. This street was recently honored with the 2025 New European Bauhaus Award for its sustainability and is one of the trendiest “green axes” in Barcelona. You'll be surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafés, steps away from Rocafort Metro (L1), and within walking distance of Sant Antoni, Montjuïc, and Poble Sec. It’s a pleasure—and part of the experience—to walk along this pedestrian street all the way to the amazing Passeig de Gràcia. So you get the best of both worlds: a lively atmosphere and a calm, safe place to relax. It will be a pleasure to host you and help you enjoy the best of Barcelona:)
