Beautiful luxury accommodation in the heart of the Gold Coast. Rooms have Kitchenettes for your convenience beautiful resort style pool and outdoor under cover patio with lounge and dining for guests to enjoy and relax. We are a quiet, respectful, non smoking household that hosts International Students and Travellers in our home. The rooms have comfortable bedding, desks, TV, refrigerator, bedside lighting, ceiling fans, carpets and wardrobes with shared bathroom. My husband works full time and I work at home and we are health conscious and enjoy being active. The house is roomy, clean with a nice yard and a large outdoor living space in a quiet street and The home is in a residential street and there’s plenty of street parking. We are an active household but enjoy relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and warm weather. I am very knowledgeable about local area attractions and I can help you navigate public transport. We have bus stop 200 metres from the house and shops are a short walk away including a large shopping mall with cinemas and restaurants. The beach is a short bus or walk from us and trams are an easy access as well. When you check in full payment of the balance of your booking is required in AUD cash before you are checked in. Photo ID is required at check in. Arrival times are during daytime hours 1pm and 6pm and check out time is 11am. Family lounge, dining and kitchen areas are private spaces but guests have full access to the patio dining and lounge. Free bag storage is possible depending on our schedule. If we are available we can look after your luggage and suitcases on day of departure but they will need to be collected by 5pm. Same applies for check in - If we are available you can drop bags from 9am on day of arrival and return at 1pm to check into your room. I have a menu of extra services on offer such as wash and fold laundry services and light meals available to purchase.
