- Sauna rules:
- 1. Please use a cotton towel for yourself to sit on in the sauna. We have plenty of them, they are located in the sauna room.
- 2. If you came barefoot to the sauna room, wipe your feet on the rug before going inside the sauna please, as there are leaves and other dirt on the way.
- 3. Please rinse yourself between sauna sessions, if you wish to use cold plunge, ice bath or spa between.
- 4. Please remember to turn the sauna off after you finished.
- 5. Please close both doors after you finish, the sauna door and the room door.
- Hot bath, ice bath and cold plunge rules:
- 1. Please make sure you rinse yourself off from any sweat, perfumes and deodorants before entering any water-based facility.
- 2. Make sure you don't bring pieces of grass and leaves on your feet into the water.
- 2. Please make sure you close the cover after you finished.
- 3. Hot bath- you're welcome to open just half of the spa cover.
